Whiskey Bar

Jack and Tony’s is a Santa Rosa whisky bar, and boy howdy do they have whiskey!

Since I only made notes on my entree I will only be reviewing it, but everything brought to our table was delicious.

We started with bacon wrapped scallops over a cider risotto, and chipotle-orange glazed chicken skewers over quinoa. I’m not a scallop eater, but did try the risotto. I enjoyed it very much. I loved the nice surprise of fresh apples in it. The chicken was yummy also.

For my dinner I ordered a grilled bone-in pork chop served on fried white polenta cakes and Kansas city style BBQ sauce. All I can say is heaven. The plating was classy and inviting. The protein was cooked perfectly to order and seasoned just right. The sauce was tangy, sweet, and smokey. It was absolutely fantastic! I could have had a bowl full of the sauce and a straw. Just fantastic! A+

For dessert I ordered the mexican chocolate pot de creme. Rich and yummy, not overly sweet allowing me to eat every bit!!!

I wish I had made more notes on the whiskey and all the other food items that came to the table. We were a party of 4 and all had something different. Needless to say every item was delicious and we can’t wait to go back and eat more.
