This New Years Eve, Gary and I, decided to celebrate at Starks Stake House and Seafood
It has been a Staple in Santa Rosa for the past ten years. Most known of the fantastic Happy Hour specials and hand crafted cocktails.
I ordered caramelized butterfish, Royal trumpet mushrooms, melted leeks with a ginger vinaigrette. The dish was an A+. The plating was simple but beautiful. The fish had a wonderful crust to the outside but was melt in your mouth inside. The ginger vinaigrette was the perfect about of acid, that kept me eating well past full! I was so pleased with the evening over all.
